It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. 

If for any reason you change your mind or you do not absolutely love your selections, We gladly offer the order change and cancellation service.

 

* The order can be freely changed within 6 hours after you placed.

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. 

If for any reason you do not absolutely love the item you ordered, we gladly offer returns and Free exchanges service. Please do not cut the lace, make sure the wig is unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging within 2 days. Please note, that in the case of incorrect choice or change of mind, we will not cover the cost of return shipping, the original delivery fees or additional delivery fees.

 

Products will be sent with tracking available or registered post using Australia Post, unless express shipping is chosen at checkout, in which case the parcel will be sent via Express Post.

Please note, once the orders have been posted. We have no control over the performance of the shipping partners and cannot make any guarantee as to when deliveries will arrive.

All orders are shipped from south Australia.  We aim to dispatch orders which are in stock within 2 business days of receiving confirmation of payment.

 

Standard Shipping: Usually arrives in 1 - 6 business days after dispatch. The cost is $14.99.

Express Shipping: Usually arrives in 1- 3 business days after dispatch. The cost is $19.99 per order.

 

Standard Shipping: Usually arrives in 5-17 business days after dispatch. The cost is $29.99.

Express Shipping: Usually arrives in 3-7 business days after dispatch. The cost is $50 per order.
